Refund policy

RETURNS: 

What is your return policy?
All returns must be approved by our Customer Care department. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please email office@thisiseden.org within 30 days of your receipt. Once approved, you can use one of the addresses below for your return.

If you are in the USA, our return address is:

We will handle your return by either promptly exchanging the item or issuing a credit or refund.

What if my shipment was damaged?
We ask that you send a photo of the damage upon receipt to office@thisiseden.org. We will then ship a replacement and/or request that you return the damaged item. In this case, we will issue the return label for you.

What if my purchase arrives and it’s different than I expected or I’ve changed my mind?
If your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, you may ship it back at your cost. Once received, we will refund the original cost of the jewelry.

What if my piece of Eden jewelry breaks?
Your jewelry carries a lifetime guarantee. If it should break, please email office@edenministry.org with a photo of the damage. We will attempt to repair the piece first, but a new item will be shipped to you if this is not possible.
