LIFT UP MYANMAR EVENT with Eden Jewellery for Justice
Renowned local artists Anna Bektash and Dani Heyward are exhibiting their art to support Eden in Myanmar. 30% of all the art at this exhibition will go directly to supporting Eden.

A special feature of this event, is the auction of Dani’s original artwork “Padauk”.
This piece was created in February 2021 as a visual representation of Australia’s connection to Myanmar through the work of Eden. The national flower of Myanmar, the Padauk, is depicted surrounded in the embrace of Australian native bush flora, including the Kangaroo Paw and the Flowering Gum. As a first world nation we extend our hand and hearts, and stand in support with the Myanmar people. All proceeds of this sale will directly assist at risk women in Myanmar through Eden’s benevolent foundation.
The “Padauk” artwork will be auctioned via silent bidding at each exhibition event. Proxy bids are welcome via Dani’s Instagram or in person at any of the events during the week of the exhibition. Final bids will be taken at 4.30pm on Saturday the 27th of March.
Also part of this event is the opportunity to hear from Michelle Kerr, founder of Eden Australia, speak about Eden’s work, and the current situation in Myanmar and how we can be part of making a difference in the lives of women who have survived human trafficking.
Due to the current tragic circumstances in Myanmar, we have an urgent goal to raise vital funds to cover rent for the homes where our Eden women are being provided care, nurturing and safety.
